The cat’s out of the bag. Or, rather, into the bag.
Scarlett is feeling a little left out on the Sugarlump lately. She’s very sensitive about these things so she decided to do something cute to get my attention and make the news.
She also loves bags and any place where she’s not supposed to be.
I rounded the corner from my living room to the kitchen and there was Scarlett, chilling in my large canvas tote that I planned to fill up with items to take to the car.
She says she would like to keep this as her new mobile residence.
She sat in this bag for hours.
It’s like her own little fortress, ideal for sneak attacks on any Gus cats that stroll by towards the fridge. Those are his ears in the bottom of the photo.
It also makes a nice cocoon.
Nobody can say no to that face.
Ok, fine. You can sleep in the bag. I’ll load everything into the car tomorrow.
After all, tomorrow is another day, Scarlett.
Y’all come back and see us,
Sugarlump
We have twin cats…separated at birth, no doubt. Ours is Tribble. 🙂
How cute! Does tribble get into EVERYTHING? Scarlett sure has a knack for it. 🙂
Tribble OWNS everything…according to him, we get in the way. Love your blog! My northerner sister turned southern too and now resides in Georgia.
Of course he does! That’s too funny. Thank you for liking the Sugarlump 🙂 Come back and visit!
Will do!
Cute photos! In a few of them it looks like she’s ready to pounce onto you! They love to do that from little cat sized hiding places! 🙂 Of course you can’t say no to that face!!
Thanks! Yes, she sure does love to be sneaky!
Adorable photos!
thanks!
Cute post. I love the pictures.
Cynthia
thank you!
Hi, nice cat, cute pictures. Thanks for your kind words on my blog. Greetings from Austria Elisabeth (the quilter)
I love it when they go into bags and immediately think that they are invisible to the outside world, even when large pieces of them are poking out 🙂
I know! I also have several good shots of Scarlett thinking she is hiding under chairs with her tail sticking out 🙂
